2nd Bonn Conference on Mathematical Life Sciences from March 16-19, 2026 in Bonn

The “2nd Bonn Conference on Mathematical Life Sciences” will take place from March 16 to 19, 2026 at the Auditorium Center Poppelsdorf in Bonn.

The “Bonn Conference on Mathematical Life Sciences” is an international meeting dedicated to research and application at the interface of mathematics and life sciences.

The aim of the conference is to delve into a comprehensive range of topics including, but not limited to, method development and applications in:

  • Modeling of cellular signaling pathways
  • Modeling the tumor microenvironment
  • Modeling of organoids
  • Mathematical model analysis
  • Modeling infectious diseases
  • Mathematical biology
  • Single cell analysis
  • Bioinformatics/Omics analysis
  • Modeling of endocrine systems.

Deadline for the submission of abstracts – October 31, 2025.

Adjacent to the conference, 3 workshops will be offered, including a workshopon multiscaleinfectious disease modeling(MEmilio Workshop on multiscale infectious disease modeling), organized by MONID steering group member Dr. Martin Kühn. This workshop will take place from Wednesday, March 18, 14:00 to Friday, March 20, 12:30. Further information can be found here.

Further information on the planned conference program can be found here and on the BCML website (The Bonn Center for Mathematical Life Sciences).
