The main task of this working group is to set up a data management and research infrastructure for data integration, storage, analysis and management in accordance with the FAIR principles.

The group works in three main phases:
Phase 1: Information gathering – planning possible strategies.
Phase 2: Provision and organization of infrastructure and data management.
Phase 3: Special tasks: Dashboard for data visualization.

Phase 1 includes collection of information on data and requirements, and survey on data processing needs among MONID network members:
– Requirements for infrastructure to host and visualize data
– What data type/format and size, data structure?
– Available data
– Pseudonymized/non-pseudonymized data
– What data storage infrastructure is already in place?
– Source/origin and purpose of data collection
– Willingness to share data/make data publicly available.

Phase 2: Provision of a public platform for the exchange of datasets from the MONID project with Possible options: Zenodo-Invenio(Zenodo) and OSF (Open Science Framework).

Phase 3: Data visualization.
MONID working group is working on contact data such as results of the preliminary study, R Studio and R package Shiny.
