What? 10th international conference on Systems Biology of Mammalian Cells SBMC 2026.
When? From May 4 to 6, 2026.
Where? Mannheim Baroque Palace, Germany.
The SBMC 2026 is organized by the interdisciplinary research network “Liver Systems Medicine against Cancer” (LiSyM-Cancer). This unique research consortium is dedicated to advancing the understanding of liver cancer from a systems biology perspective. Under the main theme “From Data and Models to E-Health”, the 2026 conference will focus on the advances and developments in mathematical modeling of data and its systems medicine applications in daily clinical practice.
The scientific program offers a variety of interesting/exciting talks:
– Towards spatial resolution of (patho)physiology at the single cell level – Heterogeneity and evolution.
– Cellular level – Integration of signal transduction and metabolism for cell fate decisions.
– Artificial intelligence – Reasoning models in systems biology and E-HEALTH. Artificial intelligence – reasoning models in systems biology and E-HEALTH.
– Artificial intelligence, continued – pattern recognition for the prediction of pathophysiology.
– Digital twins.
– E-health – transfer to clinical practice.
Registration and abstract submission for SBMC2026 is now open. Deadline for “early bird” registration and abstracts is March 15 , 2026.
